Full text as delivered by Alice Leahy is as follows:
(For all who seek refuge in our land)
Almighty God, heavenly Father,
We commend to your mercy those for whom life does not spell freedom.
Bless the refugees who share our land
remember all who sleep rough on our streets;
help us to care for the young people of our nation,
especially for those addicted to drugs,
that, by the help and guidance of those dedicated to their welfare
hurts may be healed and faults forgiven.
Lord, in your mercy….
