Sir, – The sub-heading on a report (Home News, August 16th) “Trust moves to allay fears hostel it is taking over will house older homeless” has caused considerable confusion to some of our supporters.
The agency Trust has been providing services for people who are homeless since 1975. The Trust Centre is also in the Liberties in Bride Road, Dublin 8 (www.trust-ireland.ie) and has no connection with the Peter McVerry Trust which was the subject of this report. – Yours, etc,
